150g cooked wholewheat pasta (75g if cooking from scratch)
4 large ripe tomatoes
½ a fresh red chilli
3 sprigs of fresh basil
1 lemon
extra virgin olive oil
2 handfuls of rocket
75g drained jarred tuna, from sustainable sources
15g Parmesan cheese
